Shipping Policy
Our custom units are hand crafted by me using the sewing machine & due to the amount of detail I put into making the units turn around time is 14-21 Business days. Once the unit is finished being constructed, customized & styled you will receive an email update as to when it will be shipped. For all physical products you will receive tracking information sent to you via email. Premade & Uncustomized units are preorder only unless stated otherwise processing time can be 10-14 business days. Shipping make take 3-7 business days depending on carrier. Once you receive tracking information any further issues regarding your order must be referred to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for any lost packages once you receive tracking information.
If you are local and choose the pick up option you will receive the pick up address once the unit is finished.
Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges
We do not accept any returns for any reason due to the craftsmanship and customization of your unit. For that reason we also do not do refunds for any reason NO EXCEPTIONS! Premade wigs/ Uncustomized wigs are only eligible for exchange under certain circumstances and in order to qualify for exchange wig can not be altered in anyway. This policy applies to all products & services provided by The HighND Co. LLC.
Premade /Uncustomized wigs: Premade wigs are available in sizes S,M, L please be sure of your wig size as all sales are final, no refunds will be issues however in the event that if you do order the wrong size please contact us within 7 days of your order to get further instructions to send unaltered wigs back to us and receive your correct size. Processing time will still apply please review our processing policy for further details.
For custom wig orders: In the event you have any issues with your unit that was in fault of the company we will be more than happy to fix or accommodate within 30 days of you receiving your unit. You MUST let us know immediately to avoid any further fees. For example, if you provide inaccurate measurements and the wig does not fit properly that is not our fault however you can book a wig restoration service where we would take apart the wig and resew it on a new cap with correct measurements for $175. If we make the wig with correct measurements and for whatever reason it still does not fit properly you will have 30 days from the time you receive your wig to let us know of the issue in order to avoid the wig restoration fee.
Ready to Slay wigs: There is an absolute no refund/exchange policy for ready to slay wigs. We provide great details on our ready to slay wigs. Wigs will come as is and as sized.
